Q1. I don't know how can place my total order, can you help me?
A: Yes, You just let us know your request and some detials, Then We can provide a whole solutions for you, That include suggestion of order,

 Positioned, design sketch and quotation ....etc.

Q2. Can you provide the OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, We are welcome OEM/ODM oder, We have 15 years manufacture experience, And looking forward to establish cooperation with traders.

Q3. For the customs order, Can I just pay a deposit, Then you can start manufacture?
A: Yes, We accept 30% deposit first, Then 70% before shippment.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally,  Most of our products we have stock in warehouse, We can delivery within 2 days after payment.

Q5. Are you are factory? and what's your guarantee for light?
A: Yes, we are a 15 years manufacturer, For the  halogen lamp, We guarantee 1 month. For the LED light, we guarantee 1 year.

For the mather board guarantee and other accessories 5 years.

Q6. What is your return policy?
A: Any light we will be test  48 hours in our workshop. We ensure any light is perfect when you delivery. But if you find any light is breakdown, 

We will be bear return cost to refund or send a new light to you.

Q7. If we don't know how can install and use stage light,  Can you help us?
A: Sure, We will provide technical support and teaching controller service, Also, If you need  If you need site instruction, We will arrange our

engineer go to your country to help you solve the whole stage light project.

Q8: How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?
A:Sales is not finshed, It's just begin of cooperation, For the stage light equipment, The after sale service is most imporant. From your order placed, That would mean you will be enjoy our lifelong service. For the traders, We will be provide Priority order process service.
